I am excited to get our class up and running. I can't wait to see you online. It is always amazing to me how you send these messages out into cyberspace, never knowing who is out there, and then slowly people "show up" for class and you get to know them. This is the beauty of online teaching.
See you all soon!
Hi Robert,
ReplyDeleteI will try and comment and hope you are able to read my comment. When I am asked comment as should I write Google Account or pick something else? I will just have to learn at the beginning and then I will be able to comment easily once I learn how. Learning is an every day process that enriches our lives. I feel so happy when I get to know something new with regards to technology that I did not know before.
Hi Robert,
ReplyDeleteYour passion for technology and your painstakingly designed Blog clearly reflects your insight and your constant urge to move further and help others moving as well.
Just one word for your blog....SUPERB....

ReplyDeleteHi Robert,
ReplyDeleteWe the online learners are also equally excited about getting to know what is expected of us and to make sure that we understand correctly and almost immediately the instructions given to us. Of course when you are face to face with your students the immediate in-person-feedback helps to know whether all are on the right track. Online learning is more challenging and once you get it correct, it is so rewarding resulting in great confidence boasting.

Hi Robert,
ReplyDeleteI am happy to see my grade for the first week. Thank You for guiding me through.
Though I have been a teacher for quite sometime now the experience of doing a couple of assignments during the first week of our course and waiting for them to be gone through and evaluated I am able to understand the kind of emotions students undergo after presenting assignments or projects or writing their exams.
Of course I know the anxiety of my students already and the first week experience makes me look at my students even more compassionately.
I look forward to doing the second week assignments as successfully as in the first week

Hi Robert,
ReplyDeleteThank you very much for helping me to get out of trouble, finding the right ways as well as for your patience. I'm really an absent -minded explorer that always needs some help or getting the right directions. It's wonderfyl to cooperate with you.
I hope to get further help when it is necessary.

Dear Mr. Elliott,
DeleteI feel confused how to use the blog. Is the course's aim is to use blog in our teaching? I've spent some time trying to familize the blog, but obviously it doesn't work well so far. How do I add other classmates' blog urls? Everyone's blog page isn't that similar. I think I should work up to catch up.
